Thierry Rodier
Founder and Director
Thierry is a Founder and a Director. As a Director, Thierry oversees every aspect of the firm’s growth and the overall management of the firm.
Prior to founding Cadogan Commodities, Thierry held origination and M&A roles at EDF Trading, EDF and Credit Agricole.
Thierry received Master’s in Engineering from Ecole Centrale, Paris and an M.B.A. from Columbia University, New York & London Business School.
Oliver Stönner-Venkatarama
Chief Analyst
Oliver is the Chief Analyst responsible for providing bespoke macroeconomic and asset allocation research for our clients (discretionary and systematic).
Prior to joining Cadogan Commodities, Oliver held senior economist positions at Man AHL, Aeris Capital and Commerzbank.
Oliver holds a PHD in Economics from the University of Hannover.
Leona Menyherthova
Operations Manager
Leona is an Operations Manager.
Prior to joining Cadogan Commodities, Leona held positions at Bloomberg LP, Tradeweb, BNP Paribas and Värde Partners.
Leona received a B.A. in Politics from Goldsmiths, University of London and Master's in Management from Cass Business School, London.
